Twelve persons have been burnt beyond recognition in a fatal auto crash along the Kano-Kaduna expressway.

Four others were critically injured in the auto crash which occurred on Monday at Tsamawa in Garun Malam local government area.

Spokesman of Kano state fire service, Saminu Yusuf, says two commercial buses, J-5 and Toyota Hiace, had a head on collision and burst into flame.

According to him,the Hiace passenger bus was heading from Zaria to Kaduna while the J-5 bus was moving from Kano to Kaduna.
